Black Walnut Estates

Black Walnut Estates, located at 11th Avenue and Greenwood Lane in Chico,
was a major project involving construction of 9 homes on the Greenwood
Lane cul de sac. Dan built 5 of the homes himself, and currently lives
in the corner house. The other homes were built by other contractors.
The beauty of the homes in this project testifies to the quality of work
