Dear Parents

As a daycare provider I will give you and your child respect. I will try and be as flexible as I can. I also expect the same in return. I am providing a service in my home and I expect my policy to be followed with no exceptions. I will provide a safe and caring daycare home for your child. With 2 Preschool Programs that offer Arts, Crafts, and learning tools. Dyno Kidz also offers lots of Hugs and Love.

Parents Responsibilities

Your child must be dressed and ready to go outside. A clean change of clothes need to be brought daily with your child. If your child is still in diapers, you must supply the diapers, wipes and ointment for changing. During toilet training time I insist on Disposable Training Pants provided by the parent. I also ask for little swimmers for swimming. Parents are also responsible for reporting changes in address, phone numbers, employment, work hours or person's designated by you in writing for pick up. It is agreed and understood that your child will not be released to anyone not designated in writing by you.

Rates, Hours, And Payment Policy

Operating hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm
Full time rate is $70.00 per week flat rate
Part time is $2.50 per hour
**checks are excepted but if a check is returned there will be a $25.00 service fee.
**there will be a $5.00 charge added for every 15 minutes a parent is late**.
Vacation - 2 weeks of Non Paid vacation time will be taken by the provider. The parents will be responsible for alternate care. Parents will be notified 30 - 60 days prior to vacation.
If the child is on vacation then daycare must be paid in order to save the child's spot.
Holidays - I will not be open for the following holidays these are paid holidays
New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Provided for the children
Toys will be furnished, preschool programs will be furnished.
Breakfast 8:30am - 9:00am
Lunch 11:30am - noon
Snack 3:30pm - 4:00pm
The Policy-
Your child is expected to attend daycare. This policy is to allow me to provide child care to those parents who sincerely need child care, not just an occassional babysitter. So come on and join in the fun at Dyno Kidz Child Care.
