Words from the Ceremony

Marriage is a joyous occasion. It's connected in our hearts with the magic charm of home and all that is pleasant and all that's attractive and tender in the most sacred relations in life. It is written that love suffers long, love is kind, love doesn't envy, it doesn't parade itself nor is it puffed up. Love doesn't behave rudely. It doesn't seek it's own, nor is it provoked. Love thinks no evil, does not rejoice in inequity but love always rejoices in truth. One thing you both can always count on - love will never fail if truth is established in your home from the very beginning.

Father I thank you for Keith and RoseMary and the love in their hearts for each other, for God is love that you've placed there. I ask you to bless their marriage and may nothing ever separate them, divide them or come between them and may all they set their hands to do prosper. In the name of our Lord, amen.

The very best of marriages are made by the best of friends who face together hand in hand for a long life sentence. They are not afraid to share the deepest of feelings of the heart and they respect each other's need to sometimes spend some time apart. They support each other faithfully when troubles come their way and don't blame in haste or anger but show love in what they say. They make marriage like true friendship - full of things that show they care, find a lot of happiness in all the love they share. For as much as Keith and RoseMary have consented together in this marriage ceremony that has been witnessed today before God, given and pledged your vows to each other, declared the same by joining your hands and hearts, I now pronounce you husband and wife.
