Terms and Conditions for application of parking at Caldecott Broadcast Centre
1. The Season Card and Label remain the property of Media Corporation of Singapore
(MediaCorp) and must be returned to Property Services before an officer leaves
the service(through retirement, resignation, ect..).
2. The Season Card or Label is issued to an officer for the access of officer's
vehicle into Caldecott
Broadcast Centre carpark lots. They are non-transferable.
3. The Season Card should not be exposed to heat or direct sunlight as it may
be damaged. Replacement for lost or damaged Season Card is Chargeable at $10.00.
4. The Label must be displayed clearly at the top left-hand corner of the front
windscreen. Replacement of lost or damaged Label is chargeable at $5.00.
5. The parking fees are payable in advance and no refunds shall be given.
6. The officer shall inform Frankie Ngiam or Ho Kai Choe of any changes in his/her
particulars
by E-mail.
7. Any vehicle found not parked in designated parking lots can be clamped or noted
and blacklisted. An administrative fee to be determined by the management shall
be payable by the officer for unclamping. Recalcitrant offenders shall have their
Season Card and/or Label withdrawn.
8. The officer shall not leave his/her vehicle in the premises when not on official
duty(eg.vacation).
9. Vehicles are parked at owners' risk and the MediaCorp management accepts no
responsibility
for any damaged or theft howsoever caused to the vehicles or their contends whilst
parked in the premises.
