Capabilities

We  have a State-Of-The-Art Fanuc 5-axis Wire EDM Machine that is AC/DC capable.  We can cut nearly any material that conducts electricity.  We have a maximum workpiece size of 33 X 27 X 12 inches and a maximum travel limit of 15 X 11 (X,Y) and a thickness limit of 11 inches.  Our weight limit is 2200 lbs.  We can use from .004" to .012" diameter wire with a positioning accuracy of 4 millionths of an inch.  This machine is capable of cutting up to 30 degree tapers and very fast.  Let us quote your wire EDM work and see if faster machining time doesn't save you money.  Our turn-around time is excellent so you'll spend more time developing and selling your product, instead of waiting on parts.
