GoToWorld was the next one I signed up for and it has progressed. It went from an exclusive browser to a mini portal. It pays regularly.

UtopioAD is another early "paid-to-surf". It's pay rate is SUPER! Some links on this page offer paid-to-surf, while others are programs where you surf for points that can be traded for prizes. There's a great new site that actually pays you to use your computer for anything while you are online! They use a SurfBar, which runs a banner while you are online and they pay...BIG! Plus, if you refer others you get paid even more...check our their site
