SENNHEISER HD470 Headphones
The Sennheiser's are a good value budget headphone for portable use and they put in quite a decent performance. They serve to be more than adequate for traveling with, although they do gather a few odd looks as they are a bit larger than standard portable headphones, but hey if they sound better than ear-buds who cares? I tend to use them mainly with my Minidisc Walkman, as they are ideally suited. The Bass response is somewhat limited as you would expect with such a small driver and the treble is a touch bright but I think that adds to their character. When purchasing these phones I did listen to the next pair in the series but they seemed to lack punch and drive when compared to these.
