There are a few things that will help you get more sales with the search engines and directories.
Everything however boils down to this: THE MORE YOUR LINK IS SEEN THE BETTER CHANCE SOME ONE WILL GO TO YOUR SITE!
I know what your thinking...Did he run out of tips? In all the excitement I kinda lost count. I might have told you 5 tips or it might of been 6. Tell me do ya feel lucky today? Good 'cause I do have some more tips.
Think to yourself what will get my site seen more on the search list. One obvious answer is be on the first page of the list. Another is be at the top. You see the closer you are to the first one on the list of the catagory your in (CRAFTS maybe?) the more peaple will see your link. There are diferent things that help this and infact may help you to even get on the list. (some things could keep you off) Here are a few of the things that help.
If your site has a lot of traffic (number of peaple visiting).
If your site has a lot of other peaple putting a link to your page on their page.
If a high traffic site (Known as important site to search engines) has a link to your site.
If your site has meta tags that are done correctly(dont know? Ill have a section on this later)
If your meta tags use keywords that are also used in the pages text(eg
If you use craft as a keyword how many time is craft used in the text on your page?)
Improve any or all the above and it will improve your chances on the lists.
