Title: In an Era in Which Privacy is a Critical Issue, PrimeLearning.com Offers Unique Hosting Solutions
Abstract: PrimeLearning.com, an international provider of business skills eLearning solutions for the corporate training market, is one of the few service providers that offers a menu of managed hosting solutions that are proving to be valuable to companies concerned with the security of their learning content. PrimeLearning.com recognized the need for flexibility in hosting and managing eLearning courseware, which often incorporates proprietary corporate processes and information, offering three choices for heir clients;
  • PrimeLearning.com will host and manage the entire operation. The very costly and time-consuming efforts associated with hosting and maintaining these Intranet-based systems can be eliminated for customers.
  • For those companies that are greatly concerned about the security of their content, PrimeLearning.com now offers a 'hybrid' solution, whereby the courseware can be hosted behind the customers firewall.
  • PrimeLearning.com still offers the more traditional approach whereby the entire eLearning System and courseware is loaded into the customer's Intranet system, and the client hosts and maintains the content.
PrimLearning.com and Prime eLearning System are trademarks of the PrimeLearning Group Ltd. and PrimeLearning, Inc.
