MEDStaff provides all of its healthcare professionals (HCP's) with free private housing for each assignment. In addition, MEDStaff will furnish your one-bedroom apartment with the following list of amenities:
Upgrades and modifications can be made to this list at the expense of the HCP. Utilities and any related deposits are the responsibility of the HCP. MEDStaff will pay the security deposit for the apartment.
MEDStaff will reimburse all travelers for their relocation at the rate of twenty-five cents per mile, up to $500 total. Half of the total relocation expense will be paid at the beginning of the assignment, with the balance paid upon completion.
MEDStaff will reimburse up to $100 of the HCP's cost of licensing upon completion of assignment. A receipt must be presented for licensure reimbursement.
MEDStaff provides the HCP with three health insurance options:
Some hospitals provide HCP's with a cash bonus upon completion of an assignment. The value of this bonus ranges from $250 to $1000, and is only paid at the end of the assignment
Just by applying with us, you become eligible to receive referral bonus rewards. Any HCP who comes to MEDStaff and lists you as a referral could be money in your pocket even if you never take an assignment with us! Referral bonuses are paid when the HCP completes his or her assignment, according to the following scale:
