This is the best "Get paid to surf" program there is. Number 1, they pay on time, every time. That alone speaks volumes for this program. They have a 4 layer referral program and pay .50 an hour. They have a small viewbar that sits out of the way at the bottom of your screen to display ads while you surf. The viewbar is well designed and has a lot of very useful options. (For example, its own search engine) The 1 drawback to this program is the 25 hour a month time limit. But, by evidence of the check, this program will attract a lot of referrals and will definitely be worth the effort. Overall, this is a well designed and very solid program.
