1. Preparation of Bid Schedule for Tender purposes using
Primavera Project Planner (Windows ver.2.0) or MS Projects 98
2. Preparation of Overall Schedule / Master Network once Order
received from client, using Primavera Project Planner (Win.ver.2.0)
or MS Projects 98 or AutoCAD,and getting approval from client.
3. Preparation of Detailed Schedule, using Primavera Project
Planner (Windows ver.2) in consultation with Project
Manager & Internal design/procurement departments.
4. Preparation of Progress Measurement system based on the manhours
and cost involved in individual activities and drawing Progress "S"
Curves, Primavera Project Planner (Windows ver.2) and MS-Excel.
5. Establishing the system for Cost Control Budget, monitoring
the cash flows, preparation and circulation of Cost Control Reports
