ABOUT DR. CHAPPIDI
Dr. Prasad Chappidi is a board certified neurologist. He has had extensive training in management of headaches, epilepsy (seizure disorders), pain, neurological causes of syncope, multiple sclerosis, dizziness, pain, weakness, neck and back pain, strokes, peripheral neuropathy and muscle disorders. Dr. Chappidi is also board eligible in EEG, EMG, and Evoked Potentials.
He is a member of the American academy of neurology.
He holds privileges in Our Lady Of Resurrection, St. Elizabeth's, and Michael Reese hospitals.
