DESCRIPTION

    Is the transformation of a shoes factory to a shop and go market by demolishing completely social and administrative buildings of the existing building and demolishing internal partitions roof cladding of the production building on turn key basis. The final building having 8000 sq. total area has been completed in 6 month period. The scope of the works includes design of civil electrical and mechanical works, all civil works, roof and external cladding, landscaping, and parking areas; asphalting and arrangement of all open areas. Our Company has successfully completed on time the fist market of Mr. Bricolage in Turkey  on time in spite of inconvenient weather conditions. Finishing works consist of suspended ceiling, flooring, office partitions, wall finishing, special antistatic floor cowering, wall and floor tiling, doors and windows and other finishing works.
