If you look below, you will see the sign up area. Look were it says "Options:". This is where you can specify what department you want updates in: such as, Restaurants, Electronics, Automotive, etc. You can pick as many as you want. If you don't type anything here, we will assume that you wanted the updates in every department that we have reviews for.
