This is my buddy Steve. He is dressed up as Ernie (another friend of my mom's). Everyone in the bar that night was dressed that way except the idiot in the back of this picture! That's my uncle Randy. I don't remember whether it was Halloween or some kind of joke, but my mom looked funny too!
