Tiber's Hunters

Some stamps of Provisional Governement of Tuscany's Granduchy were used during the occupation of a part of Vatican State by "Tiber's Hunters", a volunteers corps lead by Colonel Luigi Masi.
These stamps were cancelled using the Vatican postmark.

Occupation started 8 October 1860 and ended the 20th same month.
Is it normal that these stamps have a extra-extra value.
