However, In an emergency event, THE ARTISTE is to take POLICE AUTHORITY INSTRUCTIONS, even if it over-rides the authority of THE MANAGEMENT.</B></div> <div> <B><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.gif" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">THE MANAGEMENT is responsible for removing any person/s causing annoyance to THE ARTISTE and is also responsible for any damage caused to THE ARTISTE and/or THEARTISTE'S equipment  unless caused by THE ARTISTE or their crew.</B></div> <div> <B><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.gif" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">THE MANAGEMENT must ensure that THE ARTISTE has at least one hour to remove their equipment, unless other arrangements have been made.</B></div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
