Internet Explorer users:

Select Tools from the top menu bar.
Choose Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
Type http://www.permanentencounters.com in the field where it says Homepage.
click OK at the bottom.
That's it !

Netscape Navigator Users:

If you're using Netscape Navigator, use the Preferences dialog box to set permanentencounters.com as your default start page.  If you're using Navigator 4.0 or later, select your browser's Edit menu, choose Preferences, and then select General Preferences.  

When the Preferences dialog box opens, find the Browser Starts With:  section and make sure the Home Page Selection:  option is selected.  Then put http://www.permanentencounters.com in the text box.  Now when you start Navigator or press the Home button in the toolbar, you'll go right back to Permanent Encounters.
