I'd
like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year. I really appreciate everyone's participation this
year and hope it will continue in 2000.
Our Christmas party
is near and I'm sure we're going to have a great time! Just a reminder
to bring your gift and a $5.00 donation for our Christmas fund. (I'm
sure I don't have to remind you of the food!) Please check further
in the newsletter for a map to Linda's house.
Our $50 donation to
Arlington Charities for Thanksgiving was very appreciated. Thanks
to Kroger, they would be able to buy 10 turkeys or a basket |

and
a half of groceries. Money was what they needed most.
We
will be taking nominations for Woman of the Year in January, so please
come to the meeting with that in mind. The Business Associate event
is scheduled for April 27th. The date had to be changed in order
to meet the schedule of Rosemary Brumley who will be our speaker.
I
know everyone is very busy right now and I do hope to see you all at the
party. We need a little fun too.
