Santa Fe Stew

1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 can pinto beans or black-eyed peas (drain)
1 can whole kernel corn (drain)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch dressing mix

In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef until done.  Then begin to add other ingredients along with a small amount of water (if needed).  Simmer for 30 minutes - 1 hr.  Serve with crackers, corn bread or taco chips.
