I said, "Daughter, I'm sorry for the way I acted today; I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."

She said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay. I love you anyway."
I said, "Daughter, I love you too, and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

Shirley Musick called the meeting to order at The Olive Garden.  During our dinner, photographs of the girls at Spring Conference were passed around.  Waunita was given an early Birthday card from the Pacesetters members.  The nomination committee, which consisted of Jana Cassens, Ginger McGill and Lynne Walraven, announced the nominations for the coming year:

Adele Brautigam--President (August--Jan)
Debbie Lady--President (February--July)
Jean Widmann--Vice President
Jana Cassens--Secretary
Susan Brosovic--Treasurer

All nominees were approved and elected by acclamation.

Two members, Waunita Moore and Linda Dingee, volunteered to be on the audit committee.  A budget correction of $31.37, listed under the Style Show account, was changed to the Business Associates account.  The correction was approved by the members.  The July meeting was discussed.  Shirley needs to know how many members and possible guests will be attending.  The Windsor has to have 20 attending to accommodate us.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
