my cooking experiences with you.

Dish Of The Month

Tip Of the Month

If your cable company is behind the times & doesn't have the Food Network. Get a Dish &
see how much you will learn. It's not about copying the recipes step by step. But the little things you pick up that will enhance your
cooking  experience My Favorite is Emeril Lagasse. He cooks anything from grits to truffles. There's also Bobby Flay if you can get past his guests.

Salmon with Saffron Orzo
&  Snow Peas.

Something I tried with this dish is to take the unused bell pepper & make a vinaigrette. To do that take 1/2 roasted bell pepper (Red or Orange). Take some X-tra virgin Olive some balsamic vinegar  & some fresh parley or cilantro (just a bit though). Blend these together & Salt to taste.
I think this little step takes it to the next level. BAM!
