ok here it is, you need to be in a ctf game with the force join option on, then when you are in observer mode have a key binded to do the following bind i "skin ///" and then hit the key in observer mode, then disconnect from the game and reconnect and you will be invisible.  
heat.net servers only, it has no bw-admin, so you can cheat all you want.
