The World Is Not Enough

If you’ve played the seminal Goldeneye then you’ll know what to expect with this one. Lots of solo and tournament FPS goodness spread out over twenty massive environments. From London to Istanbul you’ll infiltrate banks, hit ski slopes in a bullet-riddled slalom and do that whole save the world thing in true James Bond fashion. Arm yourself with over 40 weapons and gadgets (10 guns and 20 tools of which are exclusive to the N64) and get ready to head to head with friends or some frighteningly sneaky AI bots. Each weapon also has a special dynamic function, from sniper scope zooming to semiautomatic fire. The framerate holds up to smooth, buttery consistency, even with up to four combatants and eight bots running simultaneously. If you’re a fan of the movie you might enjoy the CGI cut-scenes, as well as the choice of favoring stealth over firepower. There’s even gratuitous product placement. Speaking of products, keep a look out for this one in time for the holiday season.
