Another case of alleged police brutality is reported in the local paper the Independent though it's reporting seems to have a lot of inaccuracies and as much bias in it's own direction as the Life and Times. Felix, the alleged abusee, says that Dave Anderson, much talked about local California Highway Patrol officer, leaped over the counter of the store she was working at to attack her. She further stated that she has been examined by Dr. Phelps, no bleeding heart liberal, who has documented the injuries. I have scanned the article in the Independent and the results are a little large, hundreds of kilobytes, but should be no problem for most people.
