A lot of people have written on strategy - books, magazines, newspapers and the list goes on.  One of my favorite magazines is the Harvard Business Review.  My favorite author is Michael Porter.  Although I don't like his style of writing, I respect the framework and tools that he presents.  I have been able to adapt some of his tools to my course work in school, with very good results.
