Moonraker 148, June 1996
1. Stone Free
2. Prayer For the Dying
3. Future Love Paradise
4. Blues in E
5. Crazy
6. Quicksand
7. Kiss From a Rose
8. Violet
9. Deep Water
10. Don't Cry
Quality Review: Excellent soundboard of an excellent show. A must have. My only complaint is I wish there were more. Would have been great to hear Dreaming in Metaphors, Fast Changes, People Asking Why, Bring It On.
And I am not wild about Quicksand. Could have done without that in exchange for one of the above mentioned songs. Never liked David Bowie. Violet is simply amazing. Jon Hassell's trumpet is beautiful here. Don't pass up an opportunity to own this or the video.
Hurricane 009, Toronto 1995
1. Killer
2. Newborn Friend
3. Kiss From a Rose
4. Deep Water
5. The Beginning
6. Violet
7. Prayer for the Dying
8. Dreaming in Metaphors
9. Don't Cry
10. Wild
11. Crazy
12. If I Could
Quality Review: An audience recording. Personally, I hate audience recordings and this one only confirms that opinion. This CD is missing I'm Alive which opened the concert, and Future Love Paradise which closed it.
Diabolical 004, Dublin 1991
1. Deep Water
2. The Beginning
3. Future Love Paradise
4. Violet
5. Show Me
6. Hey Joe
7. Killer
8. Whirlpool
9. A Minor Groove
10. Crazy
11. Break
12. Wild
13. Hide
Quality Review: Taken from the offical video. Excellent sound. Not quite perfect, but this is a must have. The entire first album plus 3 non-album songs makes this an excellent show. Only problem with this is that the video and therefore CD is edited, meaning some of the audience noise is cut out and some of Seal's speaking is cut out. For example, on Deep Water, Seal says "Let me introduce you to my band" and then there are no introductions. Which means the song has been sliced and diced. Not a huge deal, but I like my concerts unadulterated.

26. Bird of Freedom 5:12
Quality Review: I don't have this one and have not heard all of it, but from what I have heard this is an audience recording and the sound sucks. A shame because this is a great tracklisting. Some decent filler especially the acoustic State of Grace version. However, the inclusion of the Unplugged tracks is annoying. The entire show or nothing at all in my opinion.
1. The Beginning
2. Future Love Paradise
3. Human Beings
4. Colour
5. Latest Craze
6. Killer
7. Fast Changes
8. Kiss From a Rose
9. Crazy
Quality Review: OK, so this isn't exactly a bootleg. It's a radio broadcast CD, meaning somebody was given the rights to broadcast a Seal show on the radio and the company made a CD of the performance. Sound is excellent, but more like radio quality than CD quality. Still, no complaints on the sound from me. Tracklisting is great for 9 songs. Probably the only decent sounding live version of Colour you will find. The actual CD itself is put together poorly. It's 4 "tracks" with 9 songs and commercials thrown in. Which means the concert is split up in parts. Ughh!! However, I have edited it into 9 tracks and no commercials. Your welcome! Only about 40 minutes.
1. Deep Water
2. Show Me
3. Crazy
4. Wild
5. Whirlpool
6. Violet
7. Out of the Window
8. Bird of Freedom
9. Love is Powerful
10. Love is Powerful (Full Length Vocal Mix)
11. Hide (Live at the Point)
12. Newborn Friend (Ronin)
Quality Review: Don't have this either, but I imagine the quality is excellent because somebody threw this all together from official sources. Tracks 1-6 are from the Acoustic Session. I guess this is pretty cool if you don't have these tracks. A nice way to pick up the Acoustic Session and the hard to find Love is Powerful single. Certainly an eclectic collection.
1. Killer (Original Adamski Version) 4:09
2. Crazy (Original Version) 4:47
3. Wild (Original Version) 5:18
4. Violet (Original Version) 8:06
5. A Minor Groove 5:52
6. Hey Joe (Live) 4:13
7. Whirlpool (Live at Real World) 4:39
8. Come See What Love is Done (Live) 4:30
9. The Wind Cries Mary 3:54
10. Manic Depression 5:11
11. Blues in E 3:45
12. Sparkle 3:33
Quality Review: Again, I don't have it, but the sound should be excellent since these are pulled from official sources. Well, you hope they are anyway instead of mp3. A valiant effort here, having these original versions here is fantastic, but they aren't B-Sides. Having the Adamski track in here is odd. A better collection would have been called Non-Album Tracks and included, surprise, all non-album tracks. It's really an incomplete collection which is frustrating if you are collecting. On the other hand, if you get Eclectic Seal Live then you are pretty well covered with the exception of later non-album tracks, i.e. Fly Like an Eagle, This Could Be Beaven (which will be on Togetherland in all likelihood).
1. Fly Like An Eagle
2. Out Of The Window
3. A Minor Groove
4. The Wind Cries Mary
5. Blues In E
6. Future Love Paradise
7. Bird Of Freedom
8. Sparkle
9. Deep Water (Acoustic -Sarm West)
10. Crazy (Acoustic - Sarm West)
11. State Of Grace (Acoustic - Launch CD-ROM)
12. Dreaming In Metaphors (Piano Version)
Quality Review: Another hodgepodge of, you guessed it, B-Sides and non-album tracks. What can I say about this that I didn't say about the others. Great quality sound, some good stuff here, but incomplete and repeats other collections. I guess I am going to have to be the one who puts together the definitive collection, a complete, multi-disc boxed set or something.
1. Deep Water
2. Show Me
3. Crazy
4. Wild
5. Whirlpool
6. Violet
7. Love Is Powerful (Edit)
8. Love Is Powerful (Dub)
9. Hide
10. Out Of The Window
11. Bird Of Freedom
12. Puff The Magic Dragon
Quality Review: Same as Eclectic Seal Live except Puff has replaced Newborn Friend (Ronin). On my copy there is a repeat of one of the songs on the Acoustic Session, which spoils the nice flow of the Acoustic Session. Freaking amateurs.
1. Hey Joe
2. The Wind Cries Mary
3. Manic Depression
4. Love is Powerful
5. Love is Powerful (Full Length Vocal Mix)
6. Blues in E
7. A Minor Groove
8. Sparkle
9. Sparkle (Extended Version)
10. Bird of Freedom
11. Fly Like an Eagle
12. Come See What Love Has Done
13. Out of the Window
14. This Could Be Heaven (LP Version)
15. Puff the Magic Dragon
Quality Review: Who could be so bold as to make such a claim? Why me of course. This is something I threw together because I don't like all these other "B-Side" collections. This collection is meant to be all studio versions of non album tracks. Meaning none of these songs are on a Seal album in any way shape or form. To me that's what a B-Side is. So it is complete as far as that goes. Some may argue with the inclusion of Heaven. For now it is a non-album track. When Togetherland comes out I will take it off. Perfect sound because these are taken from the original sources and they are official tracks.

14. Kiss From a Rose (Letterman 1995)
15. Prayer for the Dying (Saturday Night Live 1995)
16. Crazy (Saturday Night Live 1995)
Quality Review: Another one of my creations. An excellent lineup of songs with only 3 repeats. Overall the sound is excellent. Some tracks are mp3 sourced. Sorry, it's better than nothing. Bring It On is the only track with really annoying sound. A shame too because it's hard to find. If anyone has a clear copy let me know. The dates are approximates only. I matched the songs with the album it came from and guessed from there.
1. Stone Free
2. Prayer For the Dying
3. Future Love Paradise

6. Quicksand

11. Deep Water
12. Show Me
13. Crazy
14. Wild
15. Whirlpool
16. Violet
17. Deep Water
18. Crazy
19. State of Grace
Tracks 1-10 Mtv Unplugged; Tracks 11-16 The Acoustic Session EP; Tracks 17-18 Live at Sarm West; Track 19 From the Launch CD-Rom.
Quality Review: Another of my collections. Perfect sound except for State of Grace which I got off mp3 and sounds very good, but is not perfect. I don't really like mixing Live tracks with studio tracks, even if they are live studio, but I wanted to put together a full CD of Acoustic tunes and here you have it. Track 18 cuts off abruptly. That's because this track was part of one track on the U.S. Crazy CD Maxi that included the acoustic version and the instrumental version. Why they combined the track is beyond me, but I had to separate it to get this. I think this is a nice collection especially if you need Unplugged and the Acoustic Session.
