Nutritional Tips

     Eat within an hour of rising from bed in the morning. This helps set your metabolism for the day.
     Make sure you have a piece of fruit and some protein or egg whites.

     Try to eat small frequent meals, low in fat. Eating more often helps your body burn fat faster.

     Stay away from sugars and white flour, these are useless calories with no nutritional value. They
     also affect your insulin level in a negative way, slowing the rate at which you burn fat.

     Consume lots of vegatables, as much as you can, You'll never gain weight on them.

     Eat brown rice as it's very healthy, low in fat and has a low glycemic index, which means it will help
     regulate your insulin levels.

     For more lean muscle try egg whites for they have all 24 amino acids and no fat.
