Summary:  Skills include the design and implementation of Java applications, applets, and servlets, to web design and animation.  Have been trained for sales and technical support, and have experience providing pre and post sales support to Javasoft technologies.  I’m extremely confident in my communication skills.

ExperienceSUN Microsystems, Javasoft, Systems Engineer.  Supervisor, Vineet Gupta.           (1/98 – 4/98) Internship.   Worked on SUN Solaris-Ultra Spark machines implementing servlet technology.  Used HTML based forms to automate the west cost Javasoft sales process of posting account reports.  My experience encompassed the Java PC, and various SUN software: Hot Browser, Java Development Kit, Java tool kit, etc.  Also spent a lot of time installing software onto servers and lap tops.  Servers at Javasoft contained multiple partitions: Windows NT, Solaris, and Windows 95.

CSU Chico, Dept. of Communication Design, CD ROM tutorial developer.  Supervisor, Dr. Main.  Fall 98 internship.  Worked on multimedia CD rom tutorial, intended for textbook attachment.  Package was to be completed using Director software, and my job was to film objects, read the video into binary, manipulate and separate certain frames to be used for icons, and process the video to match what the Director programmer wanted.

CSU Chico, Dept. of Information and Communication Systems, Web Site Developer.  Supervisor, Prof. Terry Curtis, Option Advisor.  Fall 97 internship.  I was selected to design the skeleton for an ongoing web site for my Major, by my Advisor.  Worked with HTML frames linking massive amounts of course information to links, which were mapped in a user-friendly fashion.  Enabled students to review a plethora of course syllabi.

Boreal Resort, Lake Tahoe CA, 1996/1997 ski season, Ski/Snowboard instructor.  Supervisor, Rick Harmon.  Explained and demonstrated the many different balancing, rotating, and pivoting techniques necessary to learn to ski.  Working with people from five years of age to eighty greatly enhanced my communication skills.
