"I have a Dream" Speech -- August 28, 1963: The Civil Rights Movement was at its height and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave what turned out to be one of his most famous speeches to a crowd of thousands at the base of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.
