Zeta International Programs

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is affiliated with many different organizations and has a Seven Point Program through which we accomplish our goal of serving our community. Our International "Seven Point Program" stresses the following areas of importance.

Education
Chapter Management
Community Volunteerism
Governmental Affairs
Drug and Substance Abuse Prevention
Economic Development
Health and Wellness Awareness

Zeta Phi Beta has lifelong membership in the National Council of Negro Women, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the March of Dimes. We have a National Educational Fund through which we distribute scholarships. Stork Nest's is also an extension of Zeta by which we help expecting and new mothers cope with raising their children and helping them to receive proper pre-natal care.

Sorors within and around the New Orleans Metro area are involved with "WAKE UP TO READING!! tutoring program where we help young economically challenged children with school work and give them a better chance towards going to college. We are heavily involved with the March of Dimes and the Stork Nest program. We also participate in the Second Harvest Food program.

Our voluntary service doesn't end there. We are always around whenever someone needs a helping hand. The activity does not need to be ongoing. Anywhere a Zeta is needed, there she will be.

We have affiliations with the Urban League, United Negro College Fund, Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, Adult Education Association and many others. Along with our brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. we were sponsors of the Million Man March on Washington, D.C.
