SOME INTRODUCTION WHAT IS THIS SITE ABOUT.

Function of this page is to help with research and inform you about the work. I decided to collect all possible information about JG 300, JG 301 and JG 302 and write their story day by day. I started this work in some 1994/95. I collected by this time information from different sources. I tried to get to the German archives, but I had no luck till now. I have some archive information from my friends, who sent them to me, but it is only a little. So if you someone may help, please do it.

On this webpage you can see, how I plan to design "Wilde Sau" Combat War Diary. It will have form of Diary. It means, that every day will be mentioned, when some unit of "Wilde Sau" Geschwadern was in action, moved to another airfield or when some experienced pilots were awarded. This all will be added by some interesting pictures. At the end there will be some appendices for all three Geschwadern. List of losses, victories, airfields, list of Kommodoren, Gruppenkommandeuren and Staffelführer as well. Also list of pilots will be added.
In this time I am collecting data. I have about 60 pages of MS Word 2000 written text, and I collected over 300 photoscans.

I don't know exactly when and where this "Wilde Sau" Combat War Diary will be published, but I believe, that on some day will, and complete your information about Reichsverteidigung 1943-1945.

P.S.: If you are asking: "Is this for something?", I say "yes!". Mr. Reschkes book contains not all info about JG 301/302, and long proclaimed book from Mr. Lorrant about JG 300, on which you wait 17 years, should be out soon at Eagle Editions. But we will see. And I believe that other books won´t give us complete data about all three units in one piece, as this will. Hennig/Bethkes books are more photographic, than text ones, and Otto Burkhards book are in plans only.
