Ebay is my number one favorite site, becuase I do business there, selling used books and various other items. At eBay one can browse through lists upon lists of just about anything, buy and sell product, chat with other eBayers, or just hang out; if you can think of an item, it's probably on eBay. EBay is a consumer's/merchant's heaven.
I highly recommend this site to anyone who is looking for that hard-to-find item, or rock-bottom prices!
Novel Advice is a place where new writers can hone their craft. They offer classes on Plot Structering, Characterization, Story Endings, and much more. The classes are relatively cheap, and taught by published professionals, so you're getting top-quality instruction. There are many features on this site, but one of the best is the Chat Feature; there, you can talk with other students and teachers and get the extra help you feel you might need.
This site offers affordable instruction in the art of novel and short story writing. I recommend it to any writer seeking to better his or her fiction/non-fiction.
On Bank of America's website, you can view your checking, savings, business or IRA accounts, as well as any BofA credit cards you might have. Here, you can find information on Home Equity Loans, Mortgages, Investments, Company Information, and more. You can set up a Home Banking Account with them and transfer funds between your linked accounts and even pay bills.
For any of you banking with Bank of America, utilize this site. Their Basic Home Banking feature is free, unless you choose to pay bills online, then there's a fee. But, all in all, it's a great place to learn more about your accounts.
Here, you can buy new, used or out-of-print books at fairly decent prices; there's an Oprah's Pick section for those who wish to buy books that way, and even a place to purchase Starbucks Coffee. They have a search engine that browses the listings of used book stores all over the world, and many hard-to-find books can be found using it!
I have located many out-of-print, First Editions using Barnes & Noble's Rare Book Search Engine. Their customer service department is fantastic, and they ship their product speedily. Highly recommend for those book-lovers out there!
This site contains information about Bodega Bay (places to eat and sleep there) and a list of local events taking place there throughout the year. Bodega Bay lies west of us along Highway 1 in Sonoma County.
I've been visiting Bodega Bay ever since I was a kid and I just love the place. This site offers a lot of good information about the area, and I cherish the Current Events section.
