I have been studying Japanese for the past 6 years, and am currently studying Japanese, along with business studies, at Swinburne University of Technology. My family has hosted quite a number of Japanese exchange students, both short and long term. We still keep in touch with some of the students, and I know we will never lose contact with one of our long-term students, Chizuko Takada (pictured left with me, in front of Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto). In 1996 I went on exchange to Japan for 3 weeks with my school (Christian College, Highton). I intend to return someday soon.

CLUBS & ORGANISATIONS
I am a member of the Christian College International Association, the Swinburne European Club (pictured left at a recent outing) and the Swinburne Japanese Association. In the future, I hope to study in Japan, and spend a while travelling Europe and visiting with friends.
