The "Muhammed" Trick

Oka-a-a-ay.....I must explain that this trick works not by being read but by being told to someone

• Ask the other person to say the word out loud "Muhammed" twenty times.....

• They will say it out " muhammed, muhammed, muhammed....."

• Now ask them to read this word out loud:

ASHAMED

• They will have read it as "Ah - shah - mehd" (it rhymes with mohammed) instead of the proper pronunciation "Ah - shay - md"
