Sea Monkey Cove
Welcome to my page devoted to the world's greatest pet, The Sea Monkey!.
A Sea Monkey is a hybrid brine shrimp, bred for the purpose of being the perfect pet!
My journal of my experiences with my Sea Monkeys!
October 23, 1997- I filled my new Micro-View tank with water and added Packet #1- The Water Purifier!
October 24, 1997- After waiting 24 hours for the purifier to purify, I added Packet #2- Instant Life! I was dissappointed however because I saw no instant life!
October 25, 1997- I stare into the tank and WOW I see some tiny little randomly swimming specks! What a great day!!!
October 26, 1997- Looking into the tank, I see dozens of little happy swimming white critters, I begin aeration of the tank today, with a straw!
October 29, 1997- The tank is swarming with dozens of now larger white animals! I have been aerating daily and I fed them food for the first time today. There progress is amazingly fast and good!
November 5, 1997- The monkeys are much larger now. I fed them for the second time today. I figure that they will live so I ordered some stuff: The Aqua Leash, The Port-a-Pet Pocket Playpen, and some Super Food! I have been aerating everyday with my straw and they love it! There are fewer now, but the ones that lived are huge! There are about 20 left. I also noticed a goop at the bottom of the tank, but I guess that it is good, so I will leave it! They love light and they like music too ( at least it seems like they are happier when they have a song to dance to)!
