DRAFT
_____The commissioner will determine the draft order prior to the date of the draft. As well as the team numbers and their divisions. All teams will have a 70 points to acquire a 14 man roster,(including 2 bonus players), not to exceed 70 points. The draft will occur in the form of an auction. Team one will announce the first player up for auction and what is the bid for that player. The minimum bid for a player is .10(one tenth of a point), the maximum is what ever ones cap will allow. If a team does not wish to bid on a player no longer he/she is to verbally announce the he/she is out and must turn off his/her teams light. For each team will be lighted on a draft board and each team will be able to turn on and off the light that represents the franchise. Once a team buys a player he has his remaining cap to fill his roster. The next owner, by draft number, will then start the bidding on another player. When a person stops and passes on a player he is out the bidding for the remainder of the round. Therefore the draft continues until all rosters are filled. All rosters must be filled at the draft. ** If you put a player up for bid and none bids on that player, you will have ONE opportunity through out the entire draft to cancel your bid. Any succeeding acts and you wil be forced to take that player, thus BE CAREFULL WHO YOU PUT UP FOR BID. **
_____One must remember that teams have only 70 points to work with. None may exceed that limit. For example, if team one wants Bo Jackson for 5 points, he has 65 points to build the rest of his team. One does not have to use all of his cap points for his roster. Yet after the draft is over, the value of a player means nothing. Throughout the season, teams may release and pick up free agents. The penalty to sign a free agent is 3 points per player.
ROSTER AND ROSTER CHANGES
Each team will draft a roster of 14 players. The roster must consist of:
_____2 quarterbacks
_____3 running backs (fullbacks are included as running backs)
_____5 wide recievers (tight ends are included as wide recievers)
_____2 kickers
_____2 bonus players (any position)
_____Owners are not forced to maintain this roster at
all times. An owners can choose to release and acquire free agents at any time for
any reason following week one. Yet, each owner must maintain a roster that enables
the franchise to activate the necessary players/positions.(see Lineups) Once a player is dropped from a roster. he is free to be aquired by any team. ** REMINDER -- The penalty to drop and aquire free agents is 3 points per player. **
_____To make a roster change, owners must contact the commissioner
and tell him that you wish to make a change. This can happen at any time. Though, changes
will not go in effect until 12:01 am EST, Sunday.
For example:
If team one request to drop Billy Kilmer and pick up free agent Doug
Williams on a Tuesday, the move will not happen until Sunday morning. If two or more
teams wish to acquire the same free agent during the same week then the team with
the lower winning percentage gets the player. If the same two players are
attempted to be picked up by two teams, the team with the lower winning
percentage gets first choice of those two players; the other team gets the
other player.
LINEUPS
- Each owner must activate 7 players and his defense for each week. The 7
players activated MUST be as followed:
_____1 quarterback
_____2 running backs
_____3 wide recievers
_____1 kicker
- If an owner does not submit a lineup for a given week, the league will
automatically start the lineup from the previous week.
** All activations/lineups must be recieved by midnight the day before
openning kickoff of the first game of that week. This is to be remembered
because NOT ALL WEEKS BEGIN ON SUNDAY. **
- Only points for active players are counted for that week.
** IT IS UP TO EACH FRANCHISE TO CONTACT THE COMMISSIONER INDIVIDUALLY TO REPORT ACTIVATIONS. **
** THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING OUT ACTIVATIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAM. **
** NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT THE COMMISSIONER BEFORE ANY DEADLINE WILL NOT BE A TOLERATED OR ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE. **
SCORING
- Players stats will be scored by the commissioner and "The KPJ Fantasy
Football Software Program", patent pending. The USA Today will be the official
newspaper of the All-Pro F.F.L. Scoring will be done as follows:
I. Offensive --
_____- Touchdown = 6 points -- a qb, rb, wr, or k who runs, throws, or
recieves a touchdown.
_____-2 point = 2 points -- scored the same as a touchdown.
______conversion.
_____-extra pt = 1 point -- for kickers only.
_____-field goal = 3 points -- for kickers only.
_____- interception = -2 points -- for qb only

_____-- Rushing - 100 yards in one game - 4 points for rusher
________________- every 25 yards more - an additional 2 points
_____-- Recieving - 100 yards in one game - 4 points for reciever
________________- every 25 yards more - an additional 2 points
_____-- Passing - 300 yards in one game - 4 points for passer
________________- every 50 yards more - an additional 2 points
-- Any scoring play from scrimage over 45 yards is doubled.
Note: If a franchise has a player who runs back a kickoff or punt, The player points are not doubled but, he does recieve a 1 point bonus. For Example... Franchise 1 has Brian Mitchell. If Mitchell runs back a punt for a touchdown, franchise 1 gets 6 points plus 1 bonus points for a total of 7 points.
