Physical Description:
Jonas is an extremely powerful looking man. He possesses the body of a weight lifter and the sheer commanding presence of a great leader. He tends to stay clean shaven. The occasional exception to this is his hair, which when he decides to grow it (via Thaumaturgy) he dyes red. His skin is dark but no longer black after his many centuries of vampirism and his eyes are brown.

Background:
Jonas' history (not to mention his real name) is lost to most in the sands of time. It is known by many that he is Egyptian and by only a few that he is also Hebrew. 

Rumors say that he was a slave and a gladiator when he was a mortal. Still others say that he was a monarch and a sorcerer. At any rate, he was noticed by a powerful elder of the Followers of Set and brought into the clan. 

More rumors circulate of what he did during these intervening centuries. Some say that he was part of some plot that betrayed the Tremere to the Assamites, while others say that it was vice versa. He was rumored to be an active player during the Anarch Revolt and in the less known intrigues of the Caribbean during piracy's golden age. 

At some point, his sire Ghede gave him the task of creating and watching over a city that is now New Orleans. Tonight he still watches the city and hatches his plots from the shadows.
