Physical Description:
Hip length dark red hair, green eyes....thanks to the Dark Messiah, physically perfect and extremely attractive. Generally wears revealing clothing. Stands 5'3", looks to be about 16-18 years of age.

Background:
Red was, when human, a young runaway from the Georgian Bay region of Ontario, Canada named Sara Ann McKinnon. Due to excessive abuse, physical, mental & sexual, at the hands of her father, a Church Elder and community leader, Sara Ann (Red) ran away to Toronto, Ontario at the age of 14. Like any other runaway on the streets, she turned to prostitution to make money and survive. One of her first ‘tricks’ beat her and left her for dead in an alley, to be found by police on a routine patrol of the area. While recovering in hospital, another prostitute came to see her and told her to go to a man named Stone. Stone (more on him below) is the Primogen for the Brujah clan in Toronto, and has near complete control of Toronto’s underside. Sara Ann didn’t know that!

Thus, Sara Ann began to work for Stone, not knowing that he and many of the other people that she had met were Kindred. Sara Ann also reinvented herself as Red, name given by Stone due to her long red hair. Around the same time, a relationship between Stone and Red began as well. Red had lied to Stone when she first went to see him and told him she was 16, rather than 14, a fact that she’s never, ever told him. Due to the face that she does look about two years older (early bloomer), Stone has never questioned her age. Red also fell completely in love with Stone. During these two years, Stone had several ‘jobs’ for Red, on top of her prostitution and stripping, which involved seducing various Kindred in Toronto and gathering information. This often put her in danger, resulting in her crawling back weak from blood loss. After a few dozen occurrences of this over a two year period, Stone decided that she would be better off as Kindred rather than merely human. He had also fallen in love with her, but has never told her the true depth of his feelings. He made her his woman, thus taking her off the streets, then Embraced her. She has continued performing various ‘jobs’ for Stone at his request, which adds an element to their relationship.

The relationship between Stone and Red is a complex one. They love each other deeply, but neither has really told the other. The nature of Red’s jobs and her own flirtatious demeanor often drive Stone into a near frenzy. He is jealously possessive of her, yet realizes the value of what she does. Their fights are often violent, sending other Brujah and the humans who work for them running for cover while they beat the crap out of each other. Despite this, or maybe because of it, Red always does what Stone tells her too, even if she runs away for a night or two. And she is not above cheating on him to punish him either.

Red herself is a complex being. Sara Ann still exists inside her, a scared and abused 14 year old. At the same time, Red doesn’t have a very good view of herself or of men in general, having suffered at their hands her entire life. She has taught herself to be tough and violent in order to survive what is for her a tough and violent world. This has served her in good stead over the years, although the inner war means that her actual control over her Beast is not very good. Stone can usually make her rein it in, but not always . . .

Stone is a dangerous and violent man. He stands 6’7" and weighs about 280 lbs. He has long jet black hair and deep blue eyes. And he is a biker. He works on consolidating the Brujah clan, anarchs and various human biker gangs into some form of a cohesive unit in order to topple the reigning prince of Toronto, a Toreador named Stefano. His hatred of Stefano has increased due to Stefano’s own obsession with Red and his imprisonment of her. He’s vowed to destroy Stefano, send the Toreador’s and Ventrue’s of Toronto running and rule Toronto himself.

In 1996, Red & Stone fought, one of their worst fights in their relationship. This resulted in Red running off for about a week. Furious and with very little control over her Beast, this meant that she would attack anyone who approached her. Stefano took the opportunity to kill three birds with one stone . . . he ordered that Red be taken and brought in to him. He claimed her out of control and ordered her imprisoned underneath the Air Canada Centre, a major arena being built at the time. His real intentions in doing this were 1: by holding Red, he hoped that Stone would make a mistake, if Stone did, then he could order Stone destroyed, 2: by being Red’s ‘warden’ he would be able to avail himself of all that she had to offer, 3: holding her also put the Brujah clan in check, if Stone didn’t make a mistake, at least he would be neutralized. Stefano kept her heavily guarded and personally feed her about 1 cup of drugged blood per day. Red has very little recollection of that time period. It took about two years for Stone and his clan to find an opportunity to rescue her. When it finally happened, Red & Stone were only reunited for two nights before Stone sent her to Gregor in New Orleans in order to remove any possibility of Stefano recapturing her..
