The Sabbat has not launched its offensive against the Eastern Seaboard of the United States yet, but is doing a series of scouting missions and probing attacks. There are so many of these going on that many Camarilla cities probably see them as some huge attack, but the Sabbat doesn't have all of its forces
marshaled yet. The end result is by the time the Sabbat is ready, the Camarilla will be complacent again.
New York is mostly under Sabbat control with major exceptions of Wall Street, the Chantry of the Five Boroughs, Coney Island (Caitiff controlled), Yankee Stadium, and Black and Spanish Harlem (mostly Setite controlled). The Camarilla forces here are constantly harassed and the mortality rate of Tremere is particularly
appalling.
Boston does have some Camarilla influences but is mostly under the control of the Giovanni. The Sabbat may toy with the idea of starting something with them, but would likely back off not too long after the Giovanni started flexing their financial, mafia, and Necromantic muscle.
The Gangrel are still in the Camarilla.
