The origin if Optimus
Prime
Before Optimus Prime came to fame as
the leader of the autobots he was a cargo handler named Orion
Pax. In a Decpticon raid on a cargo hod he was slain along with
many of his friends (the raid was lead by Megatron and Orion
Pax's girlfriend was also killed in battle hence the beginning of
their feud). Orion Pax's body was brought to Alpha Trion who
after major reconstrustion repaired him and he was reborn Optimus
Prime. Optimus Prime became leader of the autobots when the
matrix of leadership was passed to him from Alpha Trion upon his
death. During the fourth cybertrionian war the autobots pursued
by the decpticons crash on earth in about 3 million BC (earth
years). In 1985 Mt. St. Hillary erupts reactivating teletron one
(autobot ship) and it begins rebuilding the autobots damaged in
the crash including Optimus Prime. Then the battle on earth
started and continued until 2005 when Optimus was mortally
wounded in battle by Megatron. Before he died he passed the
matrix to long time friend Ultra Magnus. In 2006 his body was
found and rebuilt by a Quitesson (original creators of the
autobots). The reborn and rebuilt Prime then set out to rid the
world of a hate virus that had been unleashed. He realized the
only way to stop it was to release all the knowledge contained in
the matrix. He then found Rodmus Prime (the then holder of the
matrix) and had to battle with him to get it since Rodmus had
been infected with the hate plague. After he release the power of
the matrix he defeated the plague and has held the matrix ever
since........(this bio is based on the us cartoon)

venues
His daybue was in the Original
Marvel Comic book transformers
His first TV appearance was on the
Transformers TV show which had the US and Japanese story lines
His first movie was also his last
(being that he died in it) It was Transformers the Movie
He also made a cameo in the New
Beast Wars show.
