Euphoria Vertigo

I wish the sky would split in two and reveal a little piece of paper

So when the earth opens and I’m swallowed by hell

I’ll have something to remember of this forsaken rock

Floating in a cosmic infinite blackness

Smothered by the fog

Blanketed concealed view of euphoria

Lust will send my soul to hell

Weakness will send my body to the grave

The music dances on cushioned barriers

Chord after chord infecting my ears with hate

Rubber restraint, cloth cover

Misinterpreted state of being shoved me into a poetic atmosphere

Step outside fantasy and slip a little smoke into my lungs

Fill the crave, fill the mind

Counting consequences with bloody fingers

Weighing imperfections against love

Look upon this later with an emotional vertigo
