Dear Editor,

I am very disappointed in the that Mr. Benedict Arnold has treated the Americans
by trading to the British in such a very important time in the war.  He was trying to give
away one of our very important forts, West Point.  He was mean, he was cruel but he
could have at least stayed till the end of the war.  When he traded to the British he gave
us Americans a bad and made the British think that we were bad that one of our best
generals had to leave.
I will have to say that Mr. Arnold did do a very good job in the war when he was
for us and I am sure that he will continue to do a good job. I sincerely hope that he goes
down in American history as the worst traitor in our country.
