We knowing that every employee needs rewards especially to encourage them and enhance their spirit of working with company.

. One person often has the ability to bring others up to his or her level. When others see that one person being rewarded it makes them seek the recognition as well. The best way for them to achieve this recognition is to contribute at that same high level. Success feeds upon itself. The key is the reward. That reward should go far deeper than just a couple of extra bucks in the pocket. It should be something not easily gained, but worthwhile and memorable. The reason many people fail to provide recognition to others is because they do not know when it is appropriate. As a result, we tend to only provide recognition to those who far exceed expectations, often overlooking those who are consistently meeting or those trying to meet expectations. Credit and recognition should be given when employees:

1.      meet expectations not usually met

2.      master expectations

3.      maximize expectations
