Summer School '99



Here are some Summer school pictures taken during my Summer school session!


Here's a group of the whole gang (most of them anyway) of the 7th floor! We had a lot of fun during the Summer. Most of the students go to other universites or just graduated from highschool.




Here are pictures of our trip to the beach. We made smores, but by the end of that psycho night (long long story) we smelled like smoke, met a half dead guy, lost one of our Resident Assistants, saw a seemingly nice lady on the bus wip out a large knife as she exited the bus, and other crazy stuff.




These are photos taken from my room. I lived on the 7th floor, so it was pretty high up. Great view! WOW, Golden Gate Brdige.




Here are pictures of my friend Gitte! She's from Denmark. Since she refused to give me a photo op, I decided to take a candid shot. That's the first picture. Then she finally relented and let me take a picture of her. ^_^


As always, almost every single one of my pages has one or more mentions of math in it. Here, you see the result of a very very bored afternoon. After my math TA's exicting lecture on multivarible calculus, and an encounter with a box of colored chalk, the result is a big picture with math stuff. Yes, life was dull. We only get half of the cable channels.






Here are pictures of everyone before our last big dance of the Summer (at the dorm.) We all dressed up, and Gitte insisted that I wear make-up, even if it makes me look really really strange. Humph. Well, I cut out some of the worse pictures. I just don't like my lips that red, and that sticky water eyeliner stuff on my eyelids. *_*


The commonroom is where we all hung out when we are doing homework or are bored. Sometimes we have impromptu craziness there. In this picture, we're half studying. I think I lost my mind doing math homework and decided to come out and take a picture of everyone.




Here are pictures of some of us when we went out to one last dinner before people started to head back home. We went to a local Berkeley Japanese place, called "Manga Manga." I was so sad to see everyone go... since they all left me the day before I moved out because I have a last day final *_* But I really do miss them. :::Sniff, Sob:::
