There's this pretty girl Who's smart and kind too No, she's not conceited And yes, she's got a boo There's many girls like that But she was really sweet She could dance all night long Without missing a beat She could sing until dawn Her pretty voice wouldn't die Her life seemed so perfect At least, that's not a lie She had such a cute guy Who bought her golds and fur He was truly very sweet Wouldn't ever cheat on her She had never tried to smoke Or drink and drive She never joined a gang Cuz its better to stay alive Because she was so popular She was invited to a ball The place was really hot With people all up on the wall She was so into the action She could hardly think To take a rest from her boy She thought she'd have a drink She only drank fruit punch Dunt tell me you thought she drank You want her to make out While her breath would only stank? When they left the party They got into her Supra Made out in the backseat And well...a duha! No, she didn't go that far Bells rang in her head If she had went that far She knew she'd be so dead Perfect as her life was One flaw had been her dad He'd get oh so pissed at her Furious, angry and mad She said goodnight to her love Knowing things would be ok She felt great about her life And glad she was alive today She turned on the engine And drove out backwords slow And what happened next You just wouldn't want to know Some drunk guy had gone backwords But had gone out way too quick He crashed right into her car And my god, what a d*ck! The rear of his car hit her front Making the glass window crash Hit her right in the face While their cars had made a smash She opened the door blindly Her body fell to the ground This really hurt her very badly And it made her head pound The few last things she heard Were people yelling and crying But there was one thing she remembered As she was lying down and dying She heard her loved one say Softly and sadly in her ear *I will be with you always In your heart so never fear* She tried to answer back But she couldn't speak Tried to open her eyes But she couldn't peek She wouldn't even listen Cuz it hurt when she had tried But she did feel the tearsdrops As her man cried and cried She told herself that she Had never felt such pain But it soon all disappeared Which may seem insane But this pain was greater To this girl's sweet man Because he had been holding His girlfriends's soft, dead hand | |||||||||||||||||
