Beauracracy is the place where people who can't think for themselves go to hide from the world. There they are protected by the evil governmental spider web that constantly brings us down. They become a part of the enemy because they have sold out to the idea if you can't beat em join em, they get swallowed up in the abyss of self serving pension questing whining sniveling inhibiting bastards and lose sight of what really needs to be done. Beauracracy is the wall that seperates the people from uniting to achieve the common goal, not only does it limit growth but curtails individaul achievement toward helping the multitude. Only by being the one who creates the system can you decide whether it will be a monster or stride in positive directions. Only by regarding others as you would regard oneself does the creator of the system guide it in a right manner. If the maker of the system is self serving and therefore does not care about the impact of their system to the world around them the system will be a monster. It becomes a shield against the outside and one loses control of their own soul. Let me tell you that the impact is wide spread and all who create a system should understand this. Everyone involved in the system should want to take an active role. People just don't understand that if they truly do strive for what is right, just, fair, and just plain friendly, those around them will do the same. What does that cause? That causes a new system to develop, a web of good intentions. I was told that I had been brain washed too much by democracy in that I think of this situation from the base to the top. If everyone did their part then we would all evolve into a better more cohesive human race. This is because I am at the base. I hope to reach those at the top, eventually to be at the top if that is what it takes. People don't understand that if they work for these things and everyone gets better then everyone does get better. They look at the pyramid and say OK the pyramid moved upwards but I am still at the bottom. This is no problem. It is only a problem because you are still being self serving. You can be self serving and achieve greatness for all in order to achieve greatness for yourself, but do not ask why you are still at the bottom. If you truly are doing greater things than those about you they will recognize it and dually offer you greatness above and beyond that which they claim themselves.
