The Class of 1949
Richard Blaney served in the USAF, (Korea), and among other things,
served 10 years as a Circleville Police Officer. He then began working with
E. I. Dupont at the Circleville Plant, retiring from there after 29 years.
He hopes to use his retirement to "spend my children's inheritance", enjoying
life with my wife of 34 years, Nedra, a small blade of Kentucky Blue Grass that
he transplanted in Ohio among the Buckeye trees. He also plans on continuing to
enjoy his hobbies of antiques and Amateur (Ham) radio, (station is called WB8MHE) and
working with the various Masonic organizations. He also enjoys his children, grandchildren, and now,
one great-granddaughter. Presently, he is looking forward to working with his classmates to
formulate plans for the "Big 'Ole 50th Reunion". His e-mail is
