Seriously, Biological Warfare is nothing to joke about. In fact, it is even more devastating than chemical warfare. Germs can reproduce. . . . chemicals can't. Right now, over 10 countries are suspected to having the power to declare a biological war, including China, Taiwan, North Korea, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Cuba, Israel, Japan, Iran, the USA, and the former Soviet States. The latter three are believed to be holding the largest stockpiles.
